Lots of response to this Saturday's Estate Sale. It's medium in size, but full of great items. I want to address our Private Sales for those who don't understand how they operate. The Private Sale we did in Timber Creek, and Thank You! for emptying that home, was unusual for us due to the amount of items for sale. Normal Private Sales are for a few items of furniture and sometimes a small amount of "small stuff". In most cases, the Client will show the furniture from the home and interested Buyers will contact them. Other Private Sales will be handled entirely by Mom & Me Estate Sales, and interested Buyers will contact us directly and we'll set up the appointment.
Also, I need to clarify that a phone call on a Private Sale does not mean an item is Sold or on hold. I hope the clears things up for everyone on our Private Sales.
Another topic that needs to be explained is more than one Slide Show. I always put the wording and information for a Sale BELOW the Slide Show. Addresses for our Estate & Moving Sales are never posted until the Day Before the Sale, which is the same day it is in the Daily Courier.
