Thanks to our wonderful Customers, We did it Again! I got to our Estate Sale at 6:15 and they were already in line. Everything just flew out the door. So Thank You So Much for your continued support. 
   We're hard at work on our next Sale. It's a Moving Sale in Diamond Valley and yes the dates we show are correct. We're going to hold this Sale on a Saturday & Sunday. The reason being that the road is narrow and rough and Trash day is Friday. There's room for parking on the property, but with our wonderful turnout, we can't take any chances.
   My "Me's" are heading to Las Vegas for a couple of days so I get to take off from work and spend time trying to get my new place ready to move into next Saturday!! I'm getting very excited.

I'm so sorry it takes me days to say Thank You. I'm still living between 2 homes and it hasn't been easy. And I just moved my moving day back by another week :( But Thank You to everyone that came to our Moving Sale in Granville last weekend. You almost emptied the home on Friday but then you came back on Saturday and just about cleaned us out. Thank You So Much. And Welcome to all the new names on our fast growing email list.
Anyway, I know I shouldn't type this, but OMG! We picked up a huge Estate Sale in Sundown Acres yesterday. Gorgeous ranch home absolutely bursting at the seams with Antiques & South Western Decor. We can't wait to get started on that one, but it's not scheduled until February. Can you believe it? We're booking in February of 2018. 
Please be patieint with me if I don't return emails right away. My office is set up at the new home and I'm really trying to stay out the way so it will get done and I can sleep in my own bed again. Have a great weekend! Mom

Wow! What a Great Sale we had this weekend. The crowds were great, everyone was happy and we sold so much stuff. Thank You, Thank You.
We signed a contract on a 6,800 sq. ft. home in The Ranch! It's going to happen on Jan. 5th & 6th of next year. And we're thinking we may have to hand out maps so no one gets lost because there's so many rooms on the 2 floors.
We start on the Granville Sale tomorrow morning. It's going to be a challenge to get it done by Oct. 6th & 7th, but we always manage to do it somehow.
I'll be so glad when my new home is ready to move into. I'm "living" between there, where my computer, files, supplies, etc. are and my youngest "me's" little house right in town. So if it takes me a couple of days to get back to anyone, that's why. 
I just found out today that our good friends Roger and Monika are moving back to Indiana. I'm happy for them because they're going to be close to their Granddaughter and her new husband, and they're hoping that their first grandchild will follow soon. But we're so sad to see them go. They're wonderful people and will be missed. Take care and have a Great Tomorrow! Mom

The movers will be here first thing tomorrow morning. Wendy and I are both going to stay at my youngest  Me's home in town. I'll be without internet until sometime Tuesday morning, Aug. 22nd. I'll be working hard to get my new place ready so I can move in. 
I'm just going to throw this out there! I got the key to the shed at the place I bought "as is" and it's going to take me some time to clear it out so I can tear it down. This lady was into woodworking, I know because there's a scroll saw in the kitchen LOL, but if anyone out there is willing to help me clear it out, they can have all the wood they can carry off plus first dibs on what looks to be some fair sized power tools once we get them unburied! So if there's any takers on this offer, please give me a call at 928-925-1046. Mom

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! The crowd was amazing and you cleaned us out of every piece of furniture ecept for a tile top coffee table. And because of that, we closed early........there was nothing left to sell. And so we want and need to apologize to anyone who came late in the day only to find us closed. We literally shut the garage door at 1:30. So again, we're sorry if you drove out, but we're not sorry we sold out. Have a great weekend. See you at the next one! Mom

We got the Sale! This home is in Diamond Valley. We haven't done a sale there in a long time. The road is rough going, but you know what they say about "when the going gets tough" :) Anyway, we're very excited. We got to do a walk through today after the client's had left. There are some Truly Beautiful Antique pieces of furniture. We have to do a complete trash out, but you never know what you're going to find when you do. This is a 3 bedroom home, garage, workshop, 2 garden rooms and a green house. The Sale is scheduled for late October but we work fast! More on this one as we get into it.

We met a Potential Client today and we are so hoping that we get this Sale. It's a rough road but the Antiques & Collectibles in this home are Extensive. Keep your fingers crossed that they can wait until we can get to them.

We're Back! And what a wonderful, relaxing vacation we had. But now it's back to work. We had lots of calls on the answering machine while we were gone. Looks like several of them will turn into Estate or Private Sales. 
We're headed out to Prescott Country Club this morning to see what the family left for us to sell. That sale is scheduled for July 7th & 8th. We can't do it any earlier because of the Fourth of July holiday. But just before this sale we have the one off Rosser with all the Great Oriental items and a very full kitchen, nice furniture and much more.
Also, on June 22nd we'll be posting pictures from a very nice Private Sale in the Cliff Rose area (?). It's just behind the Adult Center on Rosser. 
​As beautiful as Jamaica was, we're very glad to be back home and looking forward to seeing everyone very soon. Mom

Our Private Sales seems to be kicking in again, just like last Summer. We have 2 so far. The first we haven't seen, I know it's just a few items, but I understand there's a 1940's (approx.) Tea Cart. I should have the pictures on our website by tomorrow (Sat.) evening. The other is a little bigger but there's some very nice Mid-Century Maple Furniture, 2 Sleeper Sofas, Nic-Nacs & More. Those pictures should be on the webiste by Tues. afternoon, 5/30. Both are Smoke Free Homes.
I'm going over to start trashing out the second sale tomorrow (Sat.) because I have to stay away from home. Our Realtor is holding an Open House. Yes our home is on the market again. After a new roof and a new pump for the well we've decided to make the move. We picked up 2 new sales today! One is a Private Sale with absolutely great furniture, wood carved animals and more We hope to have it ready for appointments by Saturday or Sunday.
Next, we signed a contract on an Estate Sale with lots and lots of Oriental Furniture & Decor. So I'm curious........how many of you out there are into Oriental? This is all High End, Very Unique and Beautiful. Please contact us if you're interested. We will probably try to pre-sell some of the items. 
Thank you again for the Great Turnout last weekend. We closed early on Saturday because we literally sold out everything in the home. I was concerned because #1 it was Mother's Day Weekend and #2 the sale was in Pronghorn Ranch, which is a little bit of a drive. But my worries went away when we opened the door and there was a line down the driveway and past the house next door. You are all so wonderful and we truly appreciate your support. 
My girls and I are leaving for Jamaica on June 3rd for our annual Family Vacation. But as soon as we return we'll be going straight back to work. Our sales are now booking into Sept. & Oct. Where has this year gone? See you soon. Mom
