All I can say about our latest Upcoming Estate Sale is that it was a jaw dropper for both of us! We have no idea what to expect. This lady was a true hoarder, but in a very good way! There is so much that I even thought about doing 2 sales. We work fast and can get most sales ready in 2 to 3 weeks and Wendy is always surprised at how quickly it happens. But I was the one that said we would need at least 2 months to do this one. And the family is just great to work with. We aren't starting this one until January,  so stay tuned.

We want to send a special Thank You out to my daughter Jenifer for all the work she put in while Wendy and I were on vacation. We came back to find the Estate Sale on Mingus almost ready to open. For those of you who were there it goes without saying that there were 1000's of items to price, organize and set up and we couldn't have done it without her. We now call her "Me Too!" Jenifer is the staff member that will show you where items are and put the green Sold signs on items you want to purchase.

And lastly, Thank You so very much for the great turnout at The Vanlandingham Estate Sale. We received so many compliments, everyone loves Joshua, our newest staff member and that's what keeps us motivated.  Have a safe and peaceful Thanksgiving.  Mom
