We just thought we would mention that one of the great services we now offer is posting items on Craigslist for our clients. Many communities don't allow sales, or perhaps there isn't time for a sale. In cases like this, we come into the home, take photos, post them on Craigslist and either the client can show the merchandise, or we are available to do so. We have been very successful so far. In most cases we have been able to sell the items within 7 to 10 days. Realtors have found this to be a valuable service once the home is sold, the previous owners are gone and they need the house empty within a matter of days.
