Hi Everyone! Hope you're managing to stay cool during these very warm days. We're busy working on our next Estate Sale at Granville in Prescott Valley that will be held on July 24th & 25th. The house is one of the largest in the community and it's packed and so is the garage.

If you're looking leather furniture we have it! 2 leather sofas, 3 leather chairs, great dressers and misc. wood pieces, 2 dining room sets, china hutch, 2 queen mattress sets (1 almost brand new), a king mattress set, lots of good kitchenware, nice artwork & décor items. And for all you quilters, there is one room devoted just to quilting scraps, books, yard goods, yarn and sewing notions. Unlike the sale that we had with all the yard goods still on the rolls, these are some of the prettiest prints we've seen and it's priced from .25 cents to $4.00 for the very large pieces.
In the garage are lots of tools, garden supplies, wheel barrow & garden cart, big selection of plastic storage tubs, a small workbench, yard tools and lots more.
In the back are lots of  outdoor furniture, a medium size storage shed, an outdoor bar, swing, black plant pots, BBQ and more.
