Hello! Hope everyone is staying warm. We just learned that the auctioneers from Scottsdale have been to the home and whatever is left is going to be for sale! So we're heading out there tomorrow to try to get everything priced and ready for you. And I'll be taking lots more pictures, so be sure to check it out.
We did our second full day of "trash out" at our upcoming Estate Sale in Chino Valley. But believe me, we're saving much more than we're getting rid of. After talking it over today, Wendy and I have decided that this will probably be our first ever 3 Day Sale. There's that much stuff. And this is a big house! We're actually going to post before and after pictures, another first.
Coming up on January 22nd, a wonderful One Day Only Estate Sale. This gentleman was a self made millionaire, he wrote at least 3 books and he traveled worldwide. Gorgeous Antique twin beds, an almost Antique bedroom set, lots of dark wood pieces, leather sofa, wonderful artwork and décor thru out.
This home is tri level with steep stairs and narrow hallways, so we've moved all of the large furniture into the garage! It may be a bit crowded, but with our prices, things will be gone quickly. Great outdoor furniture too. Keep that day open, this is a great sale!
