Happy New Year Everyone! If you've looked at the Upcoming Sales page you can see we've been busy over the holidays. And we started on our next sale last week also.
I have such wonderful news to share. I found out over the holidays that I'm going to be a Great Grandma for the 9th time. My oldest granddaughter is expecting and I'm so happy for them. She's wanted a second child for over 5 years and it's finally happening.
For all of you who came to "Private Sale" at my new place and asked that I send you pictures when it was finished, you'll be happy to know the inside (only) is done. I walked into a horrible mess with an open mind an this is what I got when we were done.
So here's the living room, office, master bath, kitchen & master bedroom. Hope you like it.

I attended your sale on January 5th. I always love your estate sales but have never before had to wait an hour to gain entrance into the house before. I am hoping that in the future you inform your customers on your website that there will be only a certain amount of customers allowed in at a time, so that those of us who are older can make a choice to forgo the cold temps. If this is a new rule you have instituted please tell people so that they can be informed that waits could be an hour to get into the door . Thanks so much for addressing this

I really like your new home. Its bigger than I imagined. Love that tub and the wainscoating too. Whatever's left to do will be there when you have time to finish.
