Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since I wrote anything here. We're so excited. We've picked up an OMG Private Sale. And that's exactly what I texted to my 3 "Me's" as soon as I got in my car with the signed contract. It's a great love story about 2 people who've reconnected after 30 years and they're getting married! All she's taking is her clothes and personal items. And the home is packed. We can't wait to start getting into it. They thought we could do a sale but I told them that parking was a major issue. They told me there were 6 visitor spaces at the end of the parking lot. So now you know why it's going to be a Private Sale. Hopefully it will start mid to late May.
And tomorrow we're meeting with a potential client in Prescott Valley that says it's a house full. I'll keep you posted if we get it! Have a great Sunday! Mom
